I'm having the same problem with me samsung z3 just stopped working one day. Tried everything new sim though my sim works fine in my s20.
Tried resetting unlocking and even been through samsung and followed all there instruction no joy

Its from a 3rd party but worked well for 2 months then just stopped

Thanks for coming back to us. If the SIM is working fine in another handset then I am afraid it would be the handset that is the issue I'm afraid.

Yeh samsung said its the provider as the phone works fine apart from won't acknowledge the sim I'll try another network sim just me and the hubby are both on virgin
