I've had a flag on my account for months now. No one seems to know why or how to remove it. I can't buy extra data and keep getting charged a fortune when I go over my allowance.

I have located your account and can see our team have raised an IT ticket and are investigating this for you
The IT ticket was raised 5 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. I spoke with someone a few days ago and I am still nowhere near a solution.
