Can I get the same help? I have a similar problem - I have my mobile SIM, first payment has been taken but I can't get into my account as the Virgin email to confirm my email address doesn't actually arrive.

Sorry to hear that the E-Mail has not arrived when trying to register for the self-care account
Can you please confirm if you've been able to receive the E-Mail since your post?
Have you been able to check the spam/junk folder within the E-Mail account?

Hi David and thanks for your reply. the email that would allow me to verify my email address has NOT arrived and it is not in my spam folder.
Anything you can do or suggest to help would be appreciated.
