Still the issues remain? Did I make a mistake of taking a sim-only with Virgin Mobile? This is horrible. I can't even verify the new sim email I received. Clicking the link always takes me to oops page. Is Virgin Mobile pathetically incompetent stealing people's mobile providing pathetic service?
