I lost my phone so blocked the IMEI  

transport for London take AGES to respond.  Charged me money to collect it.

I asked Virgin to unlock IMEI a while ago yet when my SIM is in phone

the phone has no cellular access.

I have no phone as the spare isn't charging.   So can't call anyone.

That's always the problem here.   Can't all for help
