We will do all we can to assist but just to confirm, are you only looking for proof of your SIM usage as we are unable to provide information for a handset that was not purchased frim ourselves.

Hi, they require a call list showing the phones imei number

Thanks for confirming. 

As the handset is not with ourselves, we would be unable to provide a document listing the IMEI number. 

If your insurance company requesting evidence of your calls, your monthly statement should be accepted as prove.

OK thanks. Unfortunately they say a monthly statement isn't sufficient as the sim can be put in any phone
