Thank you for letting us know @WALI210881

We typically do proof of purchase and not proof of usage. If it is virgin mobile you are in contact with, you may find the following link useful https://www.virginmedia.com/help/mobile/virgin-media-protect. However, if you are not with Virgin mobile insurance, this may not be helpful.

Also if it is a lost Apple device, you may find find my iPhone useful https://www.icloud.com/

In this case, to further look into this, I would like to send you a private message.

Please lookout for the purple envelope and provide a response when you can.

Hi @WALI210881,

Welcome to our community forums and thank you for your first post.

Thank you for getting in touch with us regarding this. I am unable to find your service on our system. Just to clarify, where did you purchase the phone from? Do you have active mobile services or a sim package with us? Also is it the handset you are looking to get insured?
Thanks,

Hi,

I have the same issue my insurance is asking for mobile usage history. Is there something you can do,

Even if it is the case that you provide an email confirming this is not something you can provide,

Hi ZunaidPatel thanks for posting and welcome to our community.

When you refer to mobile usage history do you mean since your last statement was printed?  As your online account would have your previous itemised statements.  You can login to your online account here.

Hi,

Unfortunately it is not phone numbers dialed that is required it is the IMEI of the device used on your network and the last time the phone that I have damaged was used. I understand that you don't do this as such wanted an email to show this to pass onto them.

Regards

Zunaid

Hi ZunaidPatel, thanks for the message. Can you confirm if the handset was purchased from us? Have you now had the handset blacklisted? ^Chris
