Hi, I am locked out of my phone. Apple want a copy of my purchase contract and a receipt. Virgin sent me an email with purchase details but Apple will not accept this. Please help, the phone cost a fortune and I cant use it!

Sorry to see that Apple have not been able to accept this email with the purchase details. Have you logged into your online account here so you can view your credit agreement information? This will confirm the handset was purchased from us. I would recommend asking Apple if this is something they will accept.
