Proof of Usage

For my insurance claim I need to provide proof of usage:

'Please provide proof of usage in respect of this device. You need to contact your network provider to request this. This is not an itemised phone bill. Proof of usage should include the device make, model, IMEI number and the first and last date the device was used. This obtainable for all types of contract, including “pay as you go”.'

Please can a member of the virgin team email this to me?

Unfortunately, we do not provide proof of usage however we can send you a monthly bill which would include your address and mobile number.

If you've purchased the handset from us, we can also provide proof of purchase. More info on that  can be found here
