I ordered an iPhone 12 on the 22nd of January, and was due to be delivered on Monday 23rd of Jan. however when I check yodel for delivery updates it says it has been returned to sender. I have also additionally been sent my first bill so would like to know the whereabouts of the phone I’m now paying for, particularly as I go away next week and will desperately need a working phone.

I'm very sorry to hear that there's been an issue in getting your handset delivered to you. If the handset order was an upgrade then please speak with our retentions team by calling 0345 6000 789 (or 789 from a Virgin Mobile handset) so that they can re-order it for you.
If it's a brand new sale/contract then please speak with our sales team instead on 0800 052 0238 and they'll be able to complete the re-order for you.
