Phone insurance should have been cancelled

My phone insurance should have been cancelled, yet was taken from my account today

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post. There are 3 ways to cancel your Virgin Media Protect Insurance: 

 

  1. Call 0345 030 3291
  2. email virginmedia@asurion.com
  3. Write to: Virgin Media Protect, PO Box 670, Brentford, TW8 1DA.

If you cancel within 28 days from the day you started the policy, you’ll be refunded for any charges paid.  If you cancel after 28 days, cover will finish at the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Hope that helps.
