Spent a week talking to your Customer Services who lied and assured me my new SIM wouldn’t activate until I got back to the UK and plugged it in.
You disabled one phone on 17th and the other one last night (31st).
I don’t get back to UK to collect my new SIM cards until 4th April.
Meanwhile you have left me with no mobile phone connection.
