Phone disable while abroad

Thanks a lot Virgin. Cutting off both my mobile phones while I’m out of the country.

Spent a week talking to your Customer Services who lied and assured me my new SIM wouldn’t activate until I got back to the UK and plugged it in.

You disabled one phone on 17th and the other one last night (31st).

I don’t get back to UK to collect my new SIM cards until 4th April.

Meanwhile you have left me with no mobile phone connection.

Hi AngryCustomer91, 

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that your second SIM has now been deactivated. 

I'm afraid, just like what has been explained in your previous threads for your first SIM, this isn't something we can change. The new SIM's have been sent due to our migration over to Vodafone. I can see this was also explained to you on your other thread. 

Once you get back to the UK, you'll be able to reactivate things by putting the new SIM's into your devices.
