Phone SIM card problem

Have just about had it with virgin media & mobile. VIP took this package on Tuesday  and they cut my phone off right away and sent me a new sim phoned Thursday to be told this after a two hour wait. . Phone Sim arrived Thursday In the post put it in and my number changed after waiting over two hours managed to get my number back on my old sim that then was faulty so had to wait till Saturday for another new sim got no service so after another two hours managed to get new sim registered and was told it would be 24 hours before I can use my phone this has come and gone. Do I go for another two hour call or patch them.
