I have the same problem as Maria 17. I paid the outstanding bill via bank transfer and Virgin media keeps telling me they haven't received it. What I should do now?:'(

Call customer service, tell them exactly when the payment was sent and the reference the payment was sent by and they can send someone to hunt through the statements.

Where I can find reference the payment?
It will be the same reference you used to send the payment by standing order, it will be on your statement of outgoing payments.
I have a Bank of Ireland account and all I can see in the statements is the name of the recipient and the amount, there is no reference number.
So it seems you sent the payment to Virgin without any reference to the account number, you will need to either call bank to reverse payment or call virgin to find the payment and allocate it to your account.
