Payment on my virgin mobile account

Hi,

I have tried calling virgin but no one is answering, I do understand it is very busy due to situations. I wanted to ask that I pay monthly, my payment is £23 a month, but the March month I had to pay over £40. I know I haven’t gone over my limit because I can see it on my app. I have tried messaging but haven’t received a proper answer. Please assist me in this. Thank you!

The Forum can't help you. Even when times are normal it can't deal with billing enquiries. The only source of help will be a reply to your text in due course. You'll have to be patient.
