On Saturday 2nd July I made an agreement to pay in full the amount of £78.83 on 12/07/22 which keeps my service up and running as long as payment is paid as agreed
Today , however, I find my service has been suspended despite your assurances that it would be fine as long as payment is paid as arranged.
I would appreciate it if you would reinstate my service in line with the agreement we made on 2 July 22.
