Hi
i have spent the last week trying to get hold of Virgin to pay off the last of my phone contract, I have had no luck, can’t get through on the phones, no email address etc yet they call me daily offering me new deals, but as soon as I ask about paying off my current contract and not upgrading (I want to keep my current phone) they suddenly can’t help me!
This is incredibly frustrating!
Is there a more direct way of trying to resolve this? I useful contact number would be a start!

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you have had a frustrating time trying to speak to us so you can pay off your Phone contract, you can speak to our Freestyle tam who will be able to take a payment to clear the phone side of the contract on 0345 234 0753.
