I'm sorry to see your order has been parked without you knowing why, there are times when further checks on our back end system are carried out when an order is placed.

Generally an order that is parked is then processed within 48 hours of being ordered. What time and date did you place this order? Also how did you place the order?

Hey it was an online order on Friday 1st April 2022 around 23:00.

Thank you for confirming, if this was the case the parked order should complete by tonight.

If you do not get confirmation of the order after 11pm tonight please let me know and I will investigate this further.
