Hey I was wondering why my order has been parked and how I can go about changing this so that I am able to acquire the phone/ contract I ordered.

Hi, I didn’t really get anywhere in regards to my order. I am still waiting on a call from Virgin that they stated would happen in an email. I called and it had stated I already confirmed my phone so am still unsure why it is still parked.

 

 

In this case, to further look into this, I will send a private message. Please look out for the purple envelope and provide a response when you can.
