Hello put an order through yesterday after few hours got marked as parked just wanna know what that means as i haven't been contacted at all or been given a email updating me. I just wanna also know my phone delivery date is tomorrow will i still get tomorrow?

I'm sorry to hear there has been some confusion with the order process. A parked order can mean various things, such as additional verification checks for compliance, or the result of a Credit Check. You will receive a call within the next 48 working hours from one of our team with any updates.
Unfortunately, a parked order can delay the delivery of a device by a few days - however, it is reserved directly for you. So, even if it is a high-demand device, you will still receive this as normal and wont have any out-of-stock delays.

Can you just confirm whether your order has been made with Virgin Mobile or O2? Have you received any information regarding your order, for example, an Order Reference? If so, please don't post it here, but just let me know.
