Parked order

Hi

I placed an order for the new iPhone 14 pro max and the order is listed as parked.

I have read nothing but bad reviews regarding this and want to know what is wrong. Am I getting the phone or not as I have my estimated delivery date?

I am currently in the process off switching my phone contract from three to yourselves and so far I don’t have a clue what is happening.
