When a Mobile order is showing as parked, this usually means that the team is completing their credit checks on the account. If the team need to confirm any further issues or details, they will reach out to you to discuss this further.
However, if you don't hear from our Mobile team about this after 48 hours of placing the order, please get in touch with our Mobile team on 0345 600 0789 to have this issue investigated to see what is causing this pause.
