I made an order online via Web chat and was told everything was OK and I had passed the credit check. I then recieved an email saying the order is parked and I'm not entirely sure what is happening? I contacted the chat again to be told the same thing and that a ticket has been raised? I've never had problems applying for phones before and I've been a virgin media customer for over 15 years. Any idea what's going on?
