Parked order

Hi I did an order with you online and it’s said it was parked so I rang like it said to do and spoke to someone what said they don’t know why it was parked and that they will cancel that order and put in a new order which will go straight throw because I was speaking to an agent and not online, so it would be fine then he said everything was fine and I would receive confirmation which I didn’t I then received a email said as we discussed on the phone that your order has been parked and will be in contact soon (we did not discuss this on the phone, he actually said on the phone that the order has gone through without any problems)!! Now I haven’t heard anything since and getting quite frustrated! The order is not showing up on my orders on my account either. Any help would be grateful thank you [REMOVED]
