Sorry to hear your order was packed. We can understand this is not ideal and we want to best help. Just to confirm, did our team give a reason for why the order was parked? Have you been in contact with them on 0345 600 0789? If so, what was discussed?

Told I would be contacted 24hrs. I am away from tomorrow eve on holiday so needed the phone tomorrow. Totally unacceptable as I also can't cancel the order and go elsewhere, not to mention a wasted credit check. I am going to report to Ofcom.
