Parked order

I placed an order over 48 hours ago via the live chat option. I am currently a customer with virgin tv and broadband and decided to add contracts on also. I was told everything had gone through I had passed the credit checks. However when I checked my emails it had told me the order had been parked. Now I was told the phones would be delivered 25/05/2022 however that is now not happening and nobody has contacted me to tell me what’s going on. I have contacted virgin and keep being told that they cannot give me an update. What is going on?
