Hi,

I have the same problem as these people.

I passed the credit check, accepted the direct debit, given a delivery date and even paid of the balance of the contract I was upgrading.

Then get an email to say my order is parked, also seeing on reviews that this takes days and can be cancelled after 5 working days if not resolved.

Can you please look into it, my order number is 100001689981646.
