I can imagine you feel frustrated, but let me absolutely 100% assure you that it's nothing personal at all and being a long term customer doesn't come into play with regards to this due to it being for security checks. Mostly all orders go through extra security checks with the team, this is why it is parked. It could be down to a number of things including: details may not be correct or matching, the credit check may have an issue or the team may need more information from you and if they do they would contact you. It can take around 24-48 hours for the order to go through, so at this time I can only apologise.
If things are still the same tomorrow, please come back to us and we will look into this.
