Parked order

I made a order on the 30/9/21 and it took 4/5 days to verify my email I could not access the account I set up and I noticed it was parked!! And nothing has changed it still says parked, I’ve had no email or text or call from them in regards to any problems. 
I’ve tried to call, always on hold and it’s quite hard to be on hold with a 2year old around, and I can get onto live chat. 
can someone help

it has a delivery date also on my order so I’m even more confused
