Hi,
I placed an order for an additional line on my existing account today. Everything seemed to go fine during checkout and I’ve accepted the credit agreement etc and provided direct debit details, though checking my order history online it has a status of ‘parked’.
How long does it typically take to get this resolved? I see others have had similar issues which may have been dealt with by the team here. Is someone able to assist me in getting my order completed?
