Parked Order

Hi, I've been struggling with this parked order issue and I'm hoping to recieve assistance to help resolve this issue. Firstly, I was referred to virgin media by a family member in order to get the £50 back as I heard virgin media were a great company to be with however so far, it's been far from great. I ordered an iphone14 my order ID being 100001821888636 yet it states my order has been parked. I don't know what parked orders are or why it's parked for that matter. I ordered the new iPhone as my current one is broken, and phone calls don't work hence I have to try email the company. I've received phone calls from virgin media but I'm unable to tell them phone calls don't work as they can't hear me due to broken audio so I tried calling on my landline but couldn't get through to anyone. If you can arrange for my order to be unparked it will be highly appreciated or unfortunately I'll have to leave the company after joining so soon and go elsewhere. Furthermore, if you could contact me on here or my email it'd be highly appreciated.
