Parked Order

Hi, I placed an order on 5/10/2021 and when looking on my account it states order parked and somebody will be in touch. This hasn’t happened and I would like to know what’s happening with it, it stated a delivery date of 11/10/2021 and I still haven’t received it or contact from you letting me know what is happening. Can you inform me of what you are doing so that I know whether to wait for a delivery or get a contract with someone else as I really don’t plan to wait forever. Never had this kind of issue before when taking out a phone contract.
