I have a had a "Parked Order" for a few days now. Had an email about when a contract agreement will turn up (Still hasn't) and something about a delivery date which was obviously false information.
I have been with Virgin Media for coming up to 2 years now and could not fault the broadband side fo things so I thought why not bring it all together? I never had the problem when signing up for the broadband. I'm okay waiting as long as some sort of update is passed through to me. If not I'll look to take the my business elsewhere.
