was wondering if anyone can help, for over a week i’ve been trying to turn my parental control off on my account. i phoned Virgin on the 23rd of December to which they had told me they had turned them off for me, it’s now been well over a weeek and still nothing so i try and turn them off again myself and am getting the ‘hold fire! please try again in a few minutes’ message.

The 'Hold fire' error would usually mean there's something stuck on your account that's preventing any changes taking place. This can be resolved by raising a fault ticket.
