just signed up to a new contract and have gone through all the required areas just to have my order now say its parked and someone will contact me soon!
I've read through lots of forums on here saying they sometimes don't even hear from virgin media about it and have there orders cancelled.
what's going on and is it worth just getting rid of this new contract if the service is this bad ?
