PAC transfer failure

PAC given to virginmobile on 25 Aug text from virgin stating transfer complete on 26 Aug and confirmation from O2 that number is not with them now.

Phone number transfer has not replaced the VM number, now my O2 number to be PAC over does not exist.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your mobile PAC code. 

 

Have you raised this with our mobile team?  If so what have they advised?

Thanks for replying.

Spoke to the Tech department and they confirmed a routing issue, strange as yesterday it was a porting issue with android phones!

VM now say it should be fixed over the weekend, not holding my breath though
