I recently requested a PAC code as was leaving Virgin and moving to Smarty. Apparently the transfer didn't work. I tried several times but still failed. How can I transfer my number to smarty. They said something about requesting a manual PAC.

I am sorry to hear you port did not go through with the PAC provided.
Can you please confirm if you used the PAC with Smarty within 30 days of receiving it from us?
