Someone obtained my PAC Code. I contacted customer service who said they would block the switch over but they didn’t and my sim is de-activated / someone is already using my number to defraud my bank account and other accounts.
Now customer service just pretty much ignore me when I call or use the chat service telling me to wait 7-10 working days. This has caused me an enormous amount of damage already and after potentially another 2 weeks, I dread to think of the mess it will leave me in.
Can anyone suggest a way to actually get some form of help from Virgin?
