Trying to get PAC code to switch network but it’s not accepting my date of birth to confirm things so can’t get a code

Hi Reevie77,

Thanks for your Post on the forums, I am sorry you're having this issue with your PAC code. 

Can I ask if you're a Virgin Mobile customer porting out, or a customer porting in? Also, which Network are you porting from/to?

Hi. I am an exciting virgin mobile customer and trying to get the PAC code to move to EE due to only network i can get at work.
