Out of date info on account

My account shows that my phone is one that I ditched several months ago.  How can I update the information to show my current phone please?

Hi, I bought the phone myself and then had to apply to Virgin for a new sim card (different size).

I bought my phone elsewhere and then applied to Virgin for a replacement sim (different size).

Virgin Mobile will only update that info if the replacement phone is bought from them.

Thanks everyone,  I do expect that I need to change the information myself re. my phone, but what I want to know is how to do that.  I cannot see any way of doing it on my account.
