Ordering monthly phone

"There's only a few more checks between you and the good stuff. You'll find out soon if your order's confirmed when you get an email or call from us." 

 

So I've ordered for a monthly payment for a note 20 ultra. And my email arrived as show above. I'm hoping if anyone had their orders been successfull from ordering a phone from here ? I'm a bit anxious knowing if I should cancel the order.

Might takes weeks to get my confirmation to be accepted.

Would you mind just cancelling a mobile monthly payment for me?

Chat service is horrible, and it doesn't half way work even with the reply button. 

I do not want to call.
