Ordering Sim only - order crashed at credit checking

Thought I would order a SIM only contract for my wife (under her name) - went through the process but it crashed out at the Credit checking stage and now I don't know if the order went through or not. Can't be an issue with our credit as only recently renewed our house Broadband etc. with Virgin (been with them for many years). Any ideas? Thanks

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post, Im really sorry to hear of the issues that you had trying to order a sim card in your wife's name. Have you been able to speak to the team this morning to check on this? Have you got any emails from ourselves this morning, please make sure to check your spam and junk folders as the mails can sometimes find their way in to those folders.

No e-mails received so re-did it and  it worked so now got lots of Emails. Cheers!
