Hi yesterday morning I ordered a IPad Mobile contract from virgin, this all went through all right at first. Signed agreement, they even set up a mobile account for me to login to.
But when I do, the order simply says "Parked" - I've seen lots of similar posts, but I'm wondering if admin can help me understand if this is going to be resolved or the order has been cancelled?
Hi there @AntRWells, welcome back to our forum and thanks for your post.Sorry to see you've not been able to get any further information in regards to your mobile order.When an order is parked it is generally so the team can do some further background checks before the order can be sent. There are also times where stock issues can delay this.I think it would be best if I sent you a PM to confirm your details so I can check to see why yours has been delayed.RegardsNathan
