Upgraded over a month ago. Ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max. Was given an estimated delivery date of 28/10/2022 which is tomorrow. Also contains the message "Thanks! Your order is currently being processed at Virgin HQ and awaiting dispatch to Yodel". It says that I need to be home to sign for the parcel when it arrives, because of this, I have cancelled my shift at work tomorrow to make sure that I'm in.
I find it increasingly unlikely that it will be delivered tomorrow, if virgin is still awaiting stock, pretty disappointing that I've not been updated if stock isn't expected on time, and instead I've had to chase this myself.
If it doesn't arrive tomorrow and I have cancelled my shift for nothing due to poor communication that will be unnacceptable.
Simple communication would be very handy

I am having a similar issue. I ordered an iPhone 14+ on the 13th of October I was told my phone would be delivered today as an order of phones would arrive on the 27th. My order still says awaiting stock when it is supposed to come before 9 pm tonight.
I haven't received any email about my parcel being rescheduled as it still says it'll arrive on the 28th of October between 7 am and 9 pm.
I have messaged the Text Messaging Service however I have not received a response. Can this be looked into, please?
