Hi, i placed an order online for a phone as a new Virgin customer and now the order shows as Parked? What does this mean?

Thank you for joining us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear your order has been parked and that you haven't had an update, parked orders usually occur when the credit check hasn't returned enough information and further searches are needed, this may be you haven't had credit bore or you have recently moved,  the team will get back to you ASAP with an update.
