Order placed, Waiting for stock.

Hello, I placed an order on 01.06.2022, I accepted all possible contracts, even direct debit appeared on my bank account, but when I call the customer service review, everyone tells me that my order is canceled, and I he throws from consultant to consultant, everyone shrugs and says he doesn't know

Yesterday I called about 5 times, 4 people told me that the order was parked manually, because the bank details were not provided, now comes my question ...

It seems to me a lack of respect for customers, and I want to ask you, there is a trace of racism in Virgin Media Customer Service, because it seems so, from what a gentleman told me on the phone yesterday ...
