Please can somebody advise. My order got parked no reason given. Seems like a silly way to do it park the order after doing the credit check as now if I go with another provider its multiple credit checks which will bring my score down. Anyhow I placed my order and was also looking at taking out an additional two contracts after this one but once this one got parked they couldn't help until the order was complete. I've rang up chasing and they just keep tying to take me through another contract rather than resolve this one. Order number is 100001868325260

Sorry to see that your order has not progressed due to being parked. When was this order placed? When orders are taken out they can be parked to go through further checks. These parked orders will usually clear within 48 hours. If your order has been parked for over 48 hours, please let us know. We will be happy to check this further for you.

Why is it only an inherent problem at virgin though? If I placed an order with ee yesterday or any other network I would have the phone now. The whole parked system seems antiquated and needs changing or at least streamlining you must be losing thousands of customers

Sometimes the team do need to go through some extra checks, most of the time these are cleared off quickly so the handset can be sent to you.
