Order parked

Hello, I was wondering as of why my order has been parked and how I can go about changing this so that I am able to acquire the phone/ contract I ordered.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

When did you place the order please?

When an order is parked, this means the back office team need to do further checks to determine eligibility for the final decision on whether we can offer you the deal or not. These checks have a timescale of 3 working days and the team come back to you either way.

Has it been longer than three working days?

Thank you for the reply and clarification, but no it hasn’t been 3 days yet. It’s only the day of which the delivery date is set down to be.
