Order parked

I have recently placed an order number 100001834298900, everything went through fine and I have now received an email saying it has been parked. Nobody can assist me with this and I am hoping someone can advise me further. I have received no calls back despite being told I would have something within 48 hours. I feel this is awful customer service by yourselves.

I understand this is frustrating however you mentioned you have rang up did you speak to the sales team about this?

Hi I have contacted the number you suggested and this issue is still unresolved. They are stating that someone will call me but I have yet to receive a call

Yes within 48 hours, it has now been 10 days
