Order parked

I ordered a iPhone from virgin mobile on the 2/10/2022 and I choose my order date to come on the 4/10/2022 but it didn’t arrive. I look on your website and it said my order has been parked can you please explain what that means.

I am sorry to hear your order is parked, this can mean we are missing some info, that the phone is out of stock or that the credit score did not meet requirements.
